track meat

I desided to write about the track meats that I have been to the past week. I was running in the meets in the 400 meter dash and the mile relay. I had to be there for twelve hours because my events were the last ones. 11 hours later i finally got to run the 400 first. So I got ready and took off in the short shorts that we are forced to wair. I ended up getting a 57 on the first 400 and second place at the meet. Then was the team meet, the mile relay. I ran with Marcus, Marco, and Garret. (sorry about the spelling) Over all we did really good and got first place out of eight schools and it was really cool because we all got 58 or better. Then i ran the 400 in a different meet and broke my old record for a time of 56.
